Placing an order with our business serves as an agreement to our terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds. All payments are final.
Order changes: ALL changes must be communicated with 7 days notice or more.
We do not accept changes with less than 7 days notice.
Rush fee: We charge a $10+ rush fee for orders placed with less than 7 days notice.
Pickup: Upon pickup, check design, colors, spellings, etc. Once the cake leaves the store, any discrepancies or damages become the customer’s responsibility. If you are sending someone else to pick up the cake, this automatically becomes their responsibility. We encourage all pickups to send photos to the person who placed the order before leaving the store front.
Transport: Keep the cake flat during transit and avoid braking quickly or making sharp turns. Damages caused during transit are the customer’s responsibility.
Note: When we deliver wedding cakes, we keep the cake in the trunk of the car.
Temperature: Keep cake at or below room temperature (72 degrees or less). High temperatures will melt icing, and damage decoration, and CSB takes no responsibility for any damages caused by external factors.
Reference Pictures: Cakes can only be reproduced as our interpretation and will not be an exact reproduction of any photos you send. Colors are matched to the best of our ability and will not be exact. All cakes are subject to the cake decorator’s interpretation.
Metallic decorations: Metallic decorations are classified by the U.S Food & Drug Administration to be inedible, and are sold for decorative purposes only due to the metallic finish. However, in other countries, they are classified as food items.
