C’est Si Bon Bakery 2025–2026 Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with C’est Si Bon Bakery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made to C’est Si Bon Bakery are final and non-refundable.
Order Modifications
- Advance Notice Required: Any requests for changes to an order must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
- Late Change Requests: Modifications submitted with fewer than 7 days’ notice will not be accepted.
Rush Orders
Orders placed with fewer than 7 days’ notice are subject to a rush fee of $10 or more, depending on the complexity of the order.
Pickup Policy
- Inspection: Customers (or their designated representatives) are responsible for inspecting the order at the time of pickup, including but not limited to design accuracy, color, spelling, and overall appearance.
- Responsibility: Once the order leaves the bakery premises, all responsibility for the item, including damages, passes to the customer.
- Third-Party Pickup: If a representative collects the order, they assume full responsibility for verifying the order’s condition before leaving the bakery. We recommend sharing photos of the cake with the person who placed the order prior to departing.
Transport Guidelines
- Handling: Cakes must be transported on a flat, stable surface. Avoid abrupt braking, sharp turns, or other movements that may destabilize the cake.
- Damage Liability: C’est Si Bon Bakery assumes no responsibility for any damages sustained during transit.
- Wedding Cake Deliveries: Wedding cakes are transported in the trunk of the delivery vehicle to ensure stability.
Storage and Temperature
Cakes must be kept at or below room temperature (72°F or lower) to prevent icing from melting or decorations from becoming damaged. C’est Si Bon Bakery is not liable for damages caused by temperature fluctuations or other external factors.
Reference Pictures
- Design Interpretation: Reference images provided by customers will be used as inspiration only. Exact reproduction of any image, including those provided by the customer or previously created by our decorators, is not guaranteed.
- Color Matching: While every effort will be made to match colors, variations may occur due to artistic interpretation and material limitations.
Metallic Decorations
Metallic decorations are classified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as inedible and are sold for decorative purposes only. In some countries, these decorations may be classified as food items; however, in the U.S., they are intended for decoration only.
Decorator’s Discretion
- Artistic Adjustments: Our decorators reserve the right to make any necessary modifications to design elements, including but not limited to colors, placement, sizing, and font styles, to ensure the best possible outcome.
- Unique Interpretations: Due to the highly artistic nature of our work, design details may vary, and exact matches are not offered.
- Professional Judgment: All cakes are crafted based on the professional judgment and expertise of our decorators, who collectively have over 30 years of experience. Customer preferences and themes will be taken into consideration to deliver a high-quality product.
