Câ€™est Si Bon is a family-owned bakery established by Sepi and Mark in October of 2005. Their three daughters Shakila, Shay, & Nirvana are running day to day operations with priceless help from their master baker George, cupcake queen Isamar, talented decorator Anjali, fondant sculpting artist Ailina, and three joyful customer service representatives Jessica, Alison, and Michelle who bring their best efforts together every day to make sure every product sold at Câ€™est Si Bon is of the highest quality and served with the biggest smiles.
At C’est Si Bon Bakery, we pride ourselvesÂ in timely, beautiful, and delicious desserts with a side of genuine customer service that leaves all our shoppers feeling our warmth. We truly findÂ delight in making your major event extra special with an edible centerpiece that your guests will be raving about! We invite all of our customers to get as creative as they can and promise to do our best to keep up with your imagination.
Sepi started the business in the hopes of providing her community with high quality, hand made Persian sweets. She produces Persian sweets and cookies described to exceed even the standards of sweets in the heart of Iran. Mark contributes his amazing engineering skills in setting up the sweets in gorgeous geometric patterns which can produce an almostÂ meditative state. Shakila is the head, and sole producer, of the entire pastry department. She works with skill and critical tasting efforts in order to produce our famous Napoleons known all around the bay area to make an impression at any event, as well as 20 other pastries and cookies available daily in-store and for orders placed several days in advance. Make sure to say hi to the pastry chef who makes your day when you stop by, she is friendly and loves to hear customer feedback.
Shay is runs the customer service department, which means you will probably see her in the store running around answering questions and helping our guests with extreme enthusiasm. She knows how to read customer ideas and translate them into cakes with precision and creativity. She is currently working to pass down these skills to her staff so that she can take her skills on the road and open people’s eyes to the beauty that is C’est Si Bon bakery.
Nirvana decorates cakes with love and detail beyond the customer’s expectation every time! She runs the production operation with her boyfriend, George, and keeps an eye on all desserts produced in the facility to ensure the highest quality only get through to our customers.
Sarah recently left the bakery to pursue a career in service of others. After giving C’est Si Bon 7 years of incredible work ethic, raising standards of decorating to where they are now, and helping grow the bakery from mom’s (sepi’s) initial idea to produce incredible cookies to the grand custom cakes that are currently being created for our grateful customers.
